What are your hours?
Appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday, hours vary based on customer convenience. Book online or call to find a spot perfect for your schedule.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Pizzaz! is always ready to serve our clients! Walk-ins are welcome, but preference is given to scheduled appointments.
Do you only offer appointments to Domino’s Farms employees?
Of course not. Pizzaz! knows everyone deserves to look their best. While we value our Domino’s Farms neighbors, everyone is welcome.
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
Life happens. As the best salon near you, Pizzaz! understands. Please be considerate of our stylists’ schedules, call or email at least 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Where should I park once I get to the salon?
Pizzaz! offers extraordinary styling services from the bustling hub of Domino’s farms. Follow the signs to park in Lobby H, walk down the stairs and make a right, then walk out the same way looking fabulous after your appointment at Pizzaz! (Pizzaz! is located beside the EBA Café)
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Pizzaz! gift cards are available for purchase in-salon at the front desk, and make for a great gift; easily be redeemable for any salon services or products.
What type of products do you use?
As a proud Aveda Salon, we primarily use Aveda cruelty free and vegan products during appointments. However every client is an individual, so whatever product best achieves the results you’re looking for, Pizzaz! is ready to work with you. Talk to your stylist about your unique needs to design a customized regime perfect for you!
Can I restock on my favorite products straight from the salon?
Yes! As one of the best Aveda salons in Ann Arbor, Pizzaz! is fully stocked to guarantee the look you leave with is perfectly maintained until your next visit. Stop by to browse or purchase online to bring home the same formulas favored by our stylists in-house. For specialized products, speak to a member of our staff about stocking the serum you need.
What is your return policy on products?
Pizzaz! isn’t simply a salon, we’re your partner. If for any reason you’re not pleased with a product you take home, return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If it doesn’t feel perfect, don’t compromise, Pizzaz! has got your back.
Do you offer styling for special events?
Pizzaz! provides elegant styles for the most important occasions. We offer specialized appointments for weddings, proms, formal events and photoshoots. Whatever the event, make it memorable with Pizzaz!
